There's a new scam out there preying on drivers.

Florida's Turnpike Enterprise has already received dozens of calls from people around the state questioning Final Warning Notices received in the mail from Toll Enforcement, LLC.

Turnpike Enterprise spokesperson Chad Huff says they don't work with a collection agency by that name.

The address on the notice is actually a mail and package forwarding business in the Doral area.

He says numerous calls to the listed phone number have gone unanswered.

Real violation notices from the FDOT or the Turnpike clearly identify themselves, indicate when and where you missed a toll, and many times provide you a picture of your license tag.

Miami-Dade police and the Florida Highway Patrol are investigating the apparent scam.
